A General Home Inspection is an unbiased, professional assessment of the condition of a house. You'll get our expert opinion on the condition of the physical structure and various systems within a house, delivered to you via custom report.

Pre-listing inspections, or seller's inspections, are rapidly becoming commonplace in real estate transactions. Traditionally, an inspection is not performed until an offer has been made. However, this method tends to put the buyer in the driver's seat. By being proactive, you, the seller, can seize the advantage and make your property more attractive to potential buyers by taking the inspection off their to-do list. It's a win-win!

Even in a new home, a home inspector can find a few defects.  An otherwise smooth transaction can be derailed by unknown issues of small or significant size, tipping the favor to the buyer.  A pre-listing inspection gives you more time to contact contractors and compare prices for any necessary repairs. The money you'll save could easily be more than the cost of the inspection.

Providing a pre-listing inspection puts the buyer at ease.  As they are not expecting any major surprises, they may forgo their own inspection and request to expedite closing.  When you purchase a pre-listing inspection, you improve your odds of selling your home quickly and without last-minute negotiations.

Typically, builders rely heavily on subcontractors in the construction of new homes. These contractors are often the lowest bidder and frequently cut corners. Your builder will ask for a list of defects by the beginning of the 11th month. Schedule an inspection one month prior to allow you time to complete the necessary forms. Once you obtain a thorough inspection, use it to create a list of items that will most likely be repaired by your builder at no cost to you! Even radon mitigation could be subsidized by your builder.

Life happens. We get it. General household maintenance can be overlooked by even the most enthusiastic homeowners. However, failure to maintain your home can lower its value and lead to unnecessary damage. A Home Maintenance Inspection can help identify problems before they become very expensive...or irreversible. Schedule yours today!
